General Conditions:
Prices are in Euros, per day, per room or villa with buffet breakfast at Five Pines restaurant, taxes and service included. For Clients staying in the Villas, Continental breakfast is also available at the Club House. Half board price is per person, per day without beverages. All reservations must be guaranteed with credit card or pre-payment. Special green fee rates.
Children:
0-12 years - Accommodation free of charge when sharing parent's room (maximum 1 child in Villas TH1, 2 children in Villas TH2)

Cancellations:
Reservations with arrival after 6 pm must be guaranteed with a credit card number.
Cancellations for individual confirmed reservations, must be done by written and will not be charged if received 24 hours prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours before arrival date or No-Shows will be charged the one nights stay. Regarding "special events / dates" cancelation policy may differ from published.
