Villa Albatroz Superior Room

This beautiful house in Cascais, which overlooks the bay, was constructed on the orders of the third Dukes of Palmela, D. Maria Luísa Domingas and D. António, at the end of the XIX century. It was offered to the famous writer D. Maria Amália Vaz de Carvalho, who lived there for many years. After some remodeling, it has become the new Villa Albatroz, a luxury Guest House, which was completely renovated and redecorated during the winter of 2003/4 and in which our guests can take advantage of the quietness of the place and the beautiful surrounding view.

Placed on the second, third and fourth floors, served by one elevator, the hotel rooms have a highly luxurious decoration, and are equipped to offer our guests high standards of well being, comprising of: Sea view, Complete bathroom with an outside window, hand painted tiles, telephone and hair dryer. Cable TV with different international channels, Mini-Bar, Safe deposit box, Air conditioning, Digital direct dial telephone with access to Internet.

Reception - the staff can give you a personalized service, as well as other information such as reservations, rent a car, tours, exchanges, etc. Lounge - the Lounge area can either be an Art Gallery or a Meeting Room. Restaurant - with a terrace over the beach, our Restaurant “100 Maneiras”, has 35 seated places. Private Dining or Meeting Room - for exclusive meals or meetings up to 10 persons. Bar and Esplanade, Laundry, Early departure facilities, Room service, Cleaning service once a day, Guests may also use the 2 outdoor swimming pools, the business center, Bar and Restaurant at the Albatroz Hotel (5 min walking distance).
