Near the Lagoon, is the Foz do Arelho beach and in the South side, the beaches of Lapinha and Rio Cortiço, in Bom Sucesso, and D’ElRey beach. From Baleal beach to Peniche you can observe more than two kilometres of soft white sand. The Berlengas archipelago, Natural Reserve, is a privileged place to be in contact with nature. In the south direction, it is possible to find several other beaches and sea-bays, like for example: Consolação Beach, S. Bernardino, Paimogo, Areia Branca, Porto Dinheiro, Ribamar, Porto Novo and Santa Rita. Among the surfers favourites you can also find Santa Cruz and Ericeira Beach.
