FROM LISBON AIRPORT - As you leave the airport you will come to a large roundabout with traffic lights. Take the first available exit on your right-hand side off this roundabout. (2ª Circular). This will bring you to an urban motorway. Within 1.5 kms, take the exit with the blue motorway signs indicating the A8 to Loures/Leiria. Follow the signs for Torres Vedras, Lourinha, Bombarral, Peniche, Obidos and Caldas da Rainha, continuing on the A8 motorway for approx 73 kms. Leave the motorway after the toll, at Exit 14 signed “IP6 / Peniche”. When on the IP6 motorway, take the exit to Serra del Rei. (see below for complete directions).
FROM PORTO - Take the A! motorway, direction to Lisbon until the exit signed “Caldas da Rainha / Rio Maior / A15”. Follow the A15 and then the A8 motorway, direction to Peniche. Leave the A8 at the Exit 14, signed “IP6 / Peniche”. When on the IP6, take the exit to Serra del Rei.
FURTHER DIRECTIONS - After you exit the IP6 motorway you will come to a roundabout, where you must turn left. When you come to the 2nd traffic lights, turn right. There is a large blue panel indicating Praia D'El Rey. Follow this road for 1.5kms and take a right at the turn signed Praia D'El Rey. Follow this road for 4kms, which will bring you to the resort main entrance.

Nearby is the town of Peniche, which as late as the mid-16th century was an island in the Atlantic.
Close by is Caldas da Rainha, famous for its
spa which, with its warm sulphurous pools, was used only by of noble and royal patronage for
four centuries. The "jewel of the crown" is
Óbidos and its medieval castle, only 15 minutes from Praia D'El Rey.
