A choice of 4 restaurants serve Portuguese, Italian and international cuisine, and the four bars offer a choice of refreshments, snacks and cocktails. Children's menus, barbecues, theme evenings and formal dinners are all available.

Sagres Restaurant - the ideal location for theme events with a seating capacity of up to 140.
Grill Restaurant - formal restaurant serving à la carte with seating for up to 60.
L'Arlecchino Restaurant - serving Italian cuisine with à la carte menu and seats 40.
Beach Restaurant - serves light meals, seating 50. Open only in the Summer.
Monchique Cocktail Bar - cocktail bar. Seats 80.
Sir Henry Cotton's Club - traditional golfer's bar with seating for 80.
Spikes Bar - golfer's bar by the 9th green with a seating capacity of 55
